Meet Danielle: an incredible fitness transformation and real inspiration! In 2019, Danielle started training with me with a very results-oriented goal in mind, transforming her body composition and supplemented with a photo shoot. Let me tell you, she was on fire! Her determination and drive were second to none, and she put in a lot of effort, both in diet and training, which resulted in an insanely amazing transformation. We trained together twice a week, and as Danielle made progress, we shifted our focus to more sustainable habits. Together we worked to nourish her body with nutritious meals, daily activities, and continued momentum in her training.

For her training programs, we combined hypertrophy, strength, and metabolic phases, dramatically increasing her strength, muscle mass and cardiovascular health. And when it came to flexibility, Danielle embraced yoga classes, which took her overall wellness to new heights.

Danielle is currently in a maintenance phase with her diet, where she listens to her body and eats intuitively. With her busy travel schedule, she makes the most of her time in Amsterdam with a metabolic training phase – a total-body program focused on compound movements, improving her fitness and strength. But Danielle is not just any customer; she is a friend and partner in crime! Her fearlessness in trying new things always surprises and inspires me.
