Siqi

Introducing the incredible Siqi! She started training with me in October 2022 with the goal of building more muscle and improving her energy levels, while maintaining her body weight.

We prioritized improving Siqi's sleep habits, and over the course of 3 months, she increased her weekly average sleep from 6.4 hours to 6.9 hours per night.

Siqi is putting in the work not just in the gym, but also in the kitchen! She sends me photos of her daily nutrition and is doing an awesome job at eating a variety of foods. To further optimize her energy levels, we're exploring if there are any food intolerances. Plus, Siqi has made a huge stride by prepping her meals for the week every Sunday! Consistency is key, and Siqi is crushing it.

Siqi trains with me twice a week and has made exceptional progress, in the first three months, I programmed an incomplete rest method and a full body compound program, which is a great way to stimulate muscles to take up glucose and encourage more fat to be burned as fuel.

We recently teamed up with Ruta from @ciaofysio_OsteOdotcom to gain a more in-depth understanding of Siqi's physical condition. Based on the insights, we focused more on single-leg exercises, such as the split squat, to address any imbalances in her lower body. Siqi has made tremendous progress, and I am so proud of her dedication and hard work. Keep killing it, Siqi!
